The account 
 


  • WH SelfInvest Ltd has designated Dexia Bank and Barclays Bank as depository banks. Both banks have a solid reputation. Barclays, for example, is the 6th biggest bank in the world. WH SelfInvest clients have what is most important … peace of mind.


  • The minimum amount required to open an account is € 2.500 or the equivalent in GBP, USD, or CHF. The account is allowed to go below this minimum when operational. There is no maximum.

  • The account is subjected to Luxemburg banking secrecy and can be held in EUR, GBP, USD or CHF.

  • Funding the account can be done either by cash deposit (procedure) or money transfer. In both cases this needs to be done into a 'client assets' account with Dexia Bank here in Luxembourg. WH Selfinvest will only accept transfers coming from the accountholder. Transfers from third parties, including family members, in favor of the accountholder will be rejected. The money will automatically be posted to your own individual account. The cost is €5.

  • Transferring money out of the account is straightforward. For security reasons we do not accept transfer instructions via e-mail or internet. Only a signed, written instruction is acceptable. You can fax your transfer instruction to +352 42 25 75 25. Transfer costs are fixed at €5 for amounts < € 30.000 and 0,10% (max.€50) for amounts > €30.000.

WHS ProStation is a consistent forex platform. A consistent platform is a platform on which the prices which make up the charts are identical to the prices on which you can trade. This sounds obvious but in the case of forex it isn't. Most forex platforms are not consistent. Brokers provide charts based on a generic feed and provide their own prices for trading.
